Hills and specialized in multi-unit and commercial investments.

Randy
Esposito:
A licensed California Real Estate Broker since 1982, and general
partner of several companies including Classic International
Properties, Medallion Development, Rip It Up Inc., and Esposito
Enterprises. Responsibilities include the performance of a multi-million
dollar portfolio of diversified real estate investments in California,
Nevada, and Arizona, including sales and leasing of commercial
land, residential, income, and multi-unit complexes.
Mr. Esposito is one of the original developers of the nationally
renowned, master planned community, and five phase development
of Duck Creek Village, located in East Las Vegas. |

Christopher
Wilson:
International Vacation Resorts' Vice President, Christopher
Wilson is responsible for the firm's business development and
growth strategies. Chris earned a Bachelor of Science in Business
Marketing as well as a minor in Resort and Lodging Management
from California State University, Chico.
Prior to joining International Vacation Resorts, Chris served
as Executive Producer for ROR Media, Inc. and was responsible
for producing several television programs and commercials for
various notable clients in Southern California.
Chris also held the position as Director of Sales and Marketing
for Marriott International Inc's Southwest Region focusing on
major Fortune 500 corporate account development.
During his career, Chris has also held strategic sales positions
in both the software and information management industries.
